3 Key Points:

  1. Susie coaches intelligent, high-functioning women who want to feel better; who want to take their life to the next level but don’t know where or how to start. She helps women live a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

  1. What we think drives how we feel. How we feel drives our actions, and that leads to the results we see in our lives. A simple shift in mindset can make a huge difference.

  1. We have the time we need to do the things we need to do. We just don’t always prioritize our time to incorporate the things we need to do. We can take responsibility for what is going on in our lives.

Tweetable Quotes:

  • “When the emotions come in, I don’t push them away anymore. Like in the past, I felt like a bad girl if I was disappointed or lonely or sad or angry. And now I am like, ok, anger is present. I feel it.”
