Emily Harman, the host of Onward Podcast, interviews Paul Pettit, Founder of BMS Life Coaching & Wellness, Author, Certified Life Coach, Reflexologist, Naturopathic Reiki Therapist, and a Podcast Host. Paul created multiple programs to help people establish emotional wellbeing and to equip them with the tools to achieve their goals, dreams, and ambitions, including his Proactive Positive Cognitive Mindset Program that launched on July 4th, 2018. Paul is vulnerable as he shares his personal story of moving onward from suicidal thoughts. Paul explains that one has the ability to achieve happiness by unwrapping the layers of pain which envelop us over time, thus allowing our true self to breathe, and take steps toward freedom.
