Why are you excellent? We can never be perfect - but being excellent means being the best we can be - showing up and being our best self. In 2013, Rael Bricker was given a rude awakening when after a season of triathlons, he decided to run a marathon. And, all of this was part of his plan before turning 50. But, each time he ran, Rael experienced neck pain and soon discovered he had two blocked arteries. Ultimately, Rael was the lucky one as he managed to dodge a bullet and ended up with two stents. And, today he’s close to his fitness and strength from 2013, but much more self aware of listening to his body. This experience helped Rael find his purpose in life: sharing the experiences of journeying and achieving excellence with business owners and entrepreneurs around the world.
From being 6,000ft underground in a mine, to starting an education business (that grew to 4000 plus students), to spending years working in venture capital, Rael has seen it all. And he’s listed companies on multiple international stock exchanges. Furthermore, his financial services group settled more than $3B in loans over 19 years. In addition, Rael has a diverse work history combined with unique global research interviews with companies in more than 25 countries. Consequently, taking this knowledge and experience enables him to advise people on growing and achieving excellence, because he’s experienced the rollercoaster himself and knows how to navigate the twists, turns, and loops. Finally, as his surname suggests, Rael is all about laying the right bricks as the foundation to your personal and business success on the journey to excellence.
